Limited Lifetime Warranty
The RV Fuel Vault comes with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
If your RV Fuel Vault is found to be defective under normal use conditions within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement at no charge to you.
What Is Covered
- Defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Structural failure of the high-strength, fiber-filled polymer housing.
- Failure of the commercial-grade locking mechanism under normal operation.
- Deterioration of the weather-resistant seal that compromises the fuel system.
- Defective mounting hardware included with the product.
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration (scratches, fading).
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or substances not normally encountered during vehicle use.
- Products not purchased through an authorized reseller.
- Damage resulting from installation on a non-compatible vehicle or chassis.
- Lost or stolen keys (replacement keys may be purchased separately).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact page or email with your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Include photos showing the defect or issue. If you registered your product, reference your registration confirmation.
Assessment
Our team will review your claim and determine warranty eligibility. We may request additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will ship a free replacement product to you. In some cases, we may offer a full refund instead.

The RV Fuel Vault is manufactured from high-strength, fiber-filled polymer that is 3/16" thick. The material is:
- Non-corrosive and weather-resistant
- Resistant to salt, oil, diesel fuel, and extreme temperatures
- UV-stabilized for long-term outdoor exposure
- Proudly made in the USA

The RV Fuel Vault is designed for use on compatible RV chassis only. Installation on non-compatible vehicles is at the owner's risk and may void the warranty. Please refer to our Compatibility Guide before purchasing.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOM, DICK & MARYJANE OR THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
